I’m a huge animal person so I am compelled to share this, I’m sorry. BUT it is relevant in that these same message apply to people who are less fortunate than us- in various ways: emotionally, financially, physically, mentally, etc. We must help each other if we are to survive on this planet. Everyone deserves the help they need; and everyone has the right to ask for help- even animals. Try to think about that before you start bombarding yourself with “I don’t deserve anything” thoughts. :)
